Hello Friend,

Happy Guru Purnima. 🙏

This is one of the most important days of the year for me. I would not be who I am today without my gurus — each one of them showed me something about myself that I could not have seen on my own. Today I pause and bow to every single one of them.🙇‍♀️

And that brings me to something I have been thinking about.

We often take pride in saying, "I built this."

But did we really?

Every value we live by, every strength we carry — came to us through someone. A teacher. A parent. A mentor. A friend. Even a stranger whose words stayed with us long after they were spoken.

None of us are self-made. We are the continuation of countless people who poured a part of themselves into our lives.

Guru Purnima is a beautiful reminder to pause, acknowledge that invisible lineage, and ask ourselves one important question:

What am I carrying forward, and what will I pass on?
