Subject: The fourth teacher is not a person

This one has been with you the longest.

Hello Friend,

Last 3 days you've been meeting your teachers.

The first teacher was a person who bothered you.
The second was a door that closed.
The third was someone whose success stirred something in you.

Today's teacher is different. It is not a person. It is not an event.

It is the silence.

The thing you did not say. The raise you did not ask for.

The boundary you did not set. The conversation you kept postponing because it was not the right time. The idea you had in the meeting but did not speak because what if it sounds stupid.

You remember every single one. They are sitting inside you right now.

And here is what makes the silence the hardest teacher of all — nobody did it to you. There is no boss to blame, no system to be angry at, no closed door to point to. You chose it. Every time.

Not because you are weak. Because at some point, staying quiet felt safer than being seen. And that decision became so automatic that you stopped noticing you were making it.

The silence is where all three teachers meet. The person who bothers you has power over you because of what you do not say. The door closed because of what you had already accepted without speaking up. The person you envy got ahead because they said the things you swallowed.

YOUR EXERCISE — SHARE IN THE GROUP

Complete this sentence: The one thing I have been not saying, not asking, or not doing — even though I know I should — is ____________.

Write it in the group: Guru Purnima Sankalp

Do not explain why you stayed quiet. You already know why. Just write what you have not said.

Tomorrow is the last day before Sunday. No new teacher.

Just a question that ties all four together.

Sunday 26th July, 11:10 AM to 1:10 PM. Camera on.

To your Happy, Rich & Liberated Being,
Sakshi Chandraakar
