Yesterday at IIM, I presented my business growth plan.

12 minutes of presentation. 15 minutes of feedback for my Business Growth.

And that's when something became crystal clear: feedback is where growth actually happens.

Not everyone gets this.

Some professionals skip feedback entirely. Some take it personally and shut down. Some know their reality is broken but refuse to face it.

But there's a small group—the ones who make it to the top 10%—who do something different.

They listen. They ask questions. They actually change.

Here's the pattern I've noticed:

Most people plateau not because they're not smart enough or not hardworking enough.

> They plateau because they're not coachable.

> They've built a version of themselves they're attached to. 

> They defend it instead of evolving it. 

> They see feedback as criticism instead of clarity.

The few who break through? They see feedback as the map to their next level.

This is why the bootcamp matters.
