Hello Friend,

Last session, we opened Courage — the part of Character that asks you to speak when silence is easier, stand firm when approval is at stake, and move when the moment demands it.

Tonight, we complete that work.

And then we move to something that often reveals itself after courage has done its job.

Because speaking up is one thing.
Staying with what happens next is another.

The Inner Shift

Accountability is not taking the blame. It is owning the outcome before anyone asks.

At senior levels, accountability begins before ownership is assigned. You see the risk before it becomes visible. You step into the gap before it becomes a problem. And when the outcome matters, you don't hide behind role, authority, or “that's not mine.” The higher you rise, the less accountability is about what you were responsible for — and more about what you were willing to take ownership of.
