Subject: SB 2269 Defeated: Cottage Foods in North Dakota Protected!

View this email online if it doesn't display correctly
Hi Friend,

Good news for cottage food fans: Senate Bill (SB) 2269 was defeated with 26 yes and 65 no votes (3 absent). SB 2269 would have restricted the Food Freedom Act passed in North Dakota two years ago and made it harder for cottage food producers to sell many of their goods.

If you took action and contacted your lawmakers, THANK YOU! Give yourself a pat on the back for helping to prevent the bill's passage.
