To create, promote, and deliver educational resources to the public and others and support public-interest litigation that protects and defends the rights of small- and mid-sized farmers, ranchers, homesteaders, hobby farmers, artisanal- and cottage- food producers, foragers, and other similarly situated agricultural and food entrepreneurs — and their respective customers — to grow, raise, produce, process, prepare, gather, obtain, buy, share, and/or sell food free from burdensome or discriminatory federal, state, and local regulations. |
