Applications Now Being Accepted for New Community Cars Exhibit
Sloan Museum of Discovery announced a new Community Cars Exhibit in partnership with vintage automobile collectors and car enthusiasts. The exhibit will open in the Fall of 2025 featuring three cars for one year inside Sloan's Durant Vehicle Gallery. The chosen vehicle will be selected through an application process and will be showcased alongside cars from Sloan Museum's historical vehicle collection. The Durant Vehicle Gallery helps tell the automotive ingenuity and unique manufacturing history of the region through its vehicle collection.
The new Community Cars exhibit is a chance for our community members to showcase their own vehicles in the Sloan Museum. Vehicles must be at least 15 years old, must be in running condition with no leaks or functional defects, and the owner must be able to transport the vehicle to Sloan Museum of Discovery.
