Community Scan Day is an opportunity for Genesee County residents to have their family photos and other important documents professionally scanned (at no charge). You’ll leave with the items you brought and a USB drive containing your digitized family memories. You can use the digital files for things like enlarging photos or sharing to social media. While you wait for your images to be scanned, we’ll have a digital slideshow of the houses in the original historical St. John Street neighborhood on display.

You can opt to allow your images to be used at the Sloan Museum, but it's not required to participate. No registration required, just come on over between 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
