Subject: Explore science and astronomy at home with our online videos! #SL_DailyDose

Turn your home into a learning laboratory with easy hands-on science experiments.
While Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium have closed our buildings during the Coronavirus pandemic, our work continues. We're here to help you discover science and history from home, and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can.
Daily Dose of Science Videos
Our educators and planetarium presenters are developing short, educational videos to inspire at-home learning while schools are closed. We’ll show you fun science experiments you can do with common household items, and stargazing tips using the night sky renderings you’d normally see in the planetarium.

Subscribe to our playlists on YouTube or Facebook, or visit our website every afternoon to watch the next episode.
Virtual Tour: Flint History Exhibits
The new Sloan Museum of Discovery will open in late 2021. Until then, you can take a virtual tour of the old Sloan Museum history exhibits from the comfort of your home! Take a walk back through time, from the Durant-Dort Carriage Company to Flint's fight for fair housing.

Sky Guides
In trying times, give stargazing a try. Download this month's Sky Guide to see which constellations and planets you can find tonight!
