Counterfeit at the Second Stage
In the words of the band's frontman and lyricist, Jamie Campbell-Bower (of the Harry Potter and City of Bones fame), the message the band wants to spread is that of tolerance and acceptance.
Counterfeit are masters of reinvention - they began their music path as an indie rock band and despite their apparent success, they decided to move in a direction of heavier, gritty, punk sounds. Their melodic, yet very hard-hitting tunes are paired with lyrics evoking raw, bare emotion. This might just be the black horse of the festival line-up and their show is one you should do everything not to miss!

| There are few TV personalities as well-liked and respected as broadcaster, newscaster, and journalist who will appear at the Academy of the Finest Arts at this year's edition of the Woodstock Festival Poland.
Orłoś has hosted a flagship express news programme, becoming a guest in millions of Polish homes. Now, he focuses on mentoring and teaching others how to keep their cool when interacting with press.

| Woodstock Festival Poland is the biggest open-air non-commercial event in Europe. The festival takes place in western municipality of Kostrzyn nad Odrą in the first days of August. There are no tickets for this free festival, because everyone is welcome to come and enjoy headliners such as Mando Diao, Nothing But Thieves, Archive, Amon Amarth, House of Pain, or Slaves among many others.
This summer event is one of the last vestiges of true hippy movement. It is based on ideals of peace, love, friendship and it promotes tolerance and acceptance. Organised by the largest and most respected charity in Poland it is away of saying thank-you to all involved in the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity drive! |
