Friend,

What do you think is the biggest threat to your school's success?

Hint: It isn't the economy, and it ain't the school down the street, either.

Give up?

It's attrition, otherwise known as your drop out rate. All serious instructors and
school owners know retention is a BIG DEAL.

If you're like a lot of schools right now, keeping students is getting harder and
harder.

You have to keep your attrition down if you want to survive. Letting your students
know you care about them is the best way I know to do this.

(Note: Locking students into long-term iron-clad contracts only prolongs their
agony when they decide you no longer care and stop coming to class. I have
nothing against using contracts because I use them myself. But, fixing the core
issue - perceived indifference from their instructor - is the real way to keep them
in class.)

I have a great tool for keeping students in class. It saves me tons of time and
money and works like a charm for maintaining a "high-touch" relationship with
my clients.

It's not free, but in the long run it's cheaper than doing things the old-fashioned
way, and a lot faster and more fun, too.
