Let's face it - a lot of martial art schools wouldn't survive without all the free help they get from their students.

I get that, but I'll also tell you it comes with a lot of hidden dangers. A few years back, one of the most successful school owners in the country got hit with some serious fines for using free labor in his school. 

It could have easily ruined him financially, but thank goodness this guy was able to weather it. To his credit, he's been very vocal about it since then, and now warns other school owners of the dangers of free labor.

And that's what I want to share with you today. In this podcast episode I explain these hidden dangers (based on the current legal and business environment in the U.S.) and I also explain what I believe is the best alternative to using free labor in your school.
