Subject: What makes some dojos more successful?

Friend,

It's another random thoughts week, where I take the opportunity to talk about random topics while I prep for another email series.

And, today I want to talk about what makes one dojo more successful than another.

Of course, the success of a business is dependent on many factors:
  • Owner experience
  • Owner knowledge
  • Owner work ethic
  • Economic conditions
  • Market conditions
...and so on. However, there's one factor that can tilt the scales in your favor over time.

I know because I've seen it time and again with different school owners in my coaching programs.

You can have two school owners who have the same skills and experience level, and the same general knowledge of how to start and run a dojo, and one will do much better than the other.

Why?

Implementation. It's a simple as that. The school owner who implements what they learn about how to run a successful dojo will outpace the school owner who learns new things and then sits on their hands, every single time.

However, you can't just implement ideas willy-nilly and expect great results. I'm going to tell you why tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Until next time,

P.S. - Remember, action beats inaction any day of the week. That's why even if the school owner implements ideas haphazardly, they'll still likely experience some improvement in their numbers. Tomorrow, I'll tell you how to 10x those results.
