Subject: Time To Recharge Those Sensei Batteries, Friend...

Friend,

Alright, now it's time to implement what I've been talking to you about all week. 

This weekend, go have yourself some "me" time. Get out of the dojo and go to the beach, the park, the pool, the hiking trail, etc. 

Find something to do that has NOTHING to do with the dojo, and RELAX.

Have a beer, or one of those frous-frous drinks if that floats your boat. By the pool or at the beach soaking up some sun, if possible.

Read a book (and not Bruce Lee's Fighting Method, or even Small Dojo Big Profits, for that matter).

Throw a frisbee.

Laugh with a child, your spouse (or significant other), or someone you just met.

Breathe.

Go see a movie (I'm checking out Ant Man, myself).

Meet up with an old friend you haven't seen in a while.

Take a road trip to someplace without cell service or WiFi.

Meditate.

In other words, recharge those batteries, so you can come back to the dojo next week ready to take on the world.
