After finally getting fed up with the avalanche of daily spam I
have to sort through to get to my customer emails, I finally gave
up on using email for customer support.

Instead, I have set up a new customer support system. From now
on, if you need to contact me for any reason please go through
our support system at:

And, if you've been trying to reach me over the last few weeks
but have not received an answer, I apologize. The amount of spam
and emails I get each day has made it nearly impossible to get to
the legitimate emails. And, half the time the legitimate support
emails get filtered by spam filters anyway.

I've had tons of issues over the last several months with my
support responses getting "eaten" by spam filters, and having
irate customers contact me repeatedly saying they never received
a response.

This new support system should fix all those issues.
