Subject: How Important Is Your Schedule To Growing Your Dojo?

Friend,

How important is your schedule to your school's success?

Quite a lot. It's pivotal, actually.

Unfortunately, most school owners don't realize this early on in their careers, so they set their schedule haphazardly, or based on what's simplest for them.

Same thing goes for class structure. The way you structure your classes can have a huge impact on how your school grows. This is because class size, structure, and scheduling are limiting factors in how large a school can grow.

I'm going to be writing about these three issues over the next several days, because so few instructors who are starting out understand them. And, having a better understanding early on can help you grow your school faster.

Keep an eye out for the first message in this series tomorrow.

Until next time,

P.S. - When most instructors start to run into issues with class size, the first thing they do is get more space. This is one reason why so many schools fail to turn a profit, because throwing money at a problem doesn't make it go away, it only makes it more costly. I'll talk more about this tomorrow.
