Subject: What keeps you writing?

Dear friends and lyricists,

If there's one thing this newsletter does for me, it reminds me of how fast time goes by. I'm always surprised when it's time for me to sit and write out another letter to all of you.

Why do you write? What do you want to accomplish with your writing? I write because i know how music has impacted me and the potential it has to impact others. I write in hopes that I can have a small impact on you that results in you having an impact on others. There are times when I don't want to write. Maybe I'm too tired, I don't have time, or I've just run out of ideas, but I have to keep writing. I hope you'll do the same.

Here is some content to keep you motivated and move your lyric writing forward:

Quote of the Month
"There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed."

Ernest Hemingway
