A bittersweet Grand National for us this year, with the Scoop6 Squad bagging the winner but the free tips missing out...
We didn't include I Am Maximus for one simple reason – at 9/2 SP or even the 7/1 available earlier in the day, the value simply wasn't there.
On the plus side, our 3 free picks included 2nd place Iroko at 18/1 (34.22 bsp) and 4th place Johnnywho at 12/1 (17.33 bsp)...
So we did make a small profit overall – not too bad for the toughest race of the year!
Onto a fresh week, and we're kicking things of with a flat selection in the second to last at Newmarket...
