We have some assignments: The first one is just an exercise for you to see how a wide angle lens and telephoto affect the look of your photo. Use something like a 24mm and 200mm, it doesn't have to be exactly those focal lengths, just something in that range. Pick a subject and keep it about the same size in both photos. It will require moving the camera.
For the other two assignments I would like you to send me one photo from each and we'll discuss them in the next session. Remember, this isn't a photo contest, it is an exercise so it doesn't matter how good the photo is, what matters is that you see the light and how it affects your photos.
Please resize them to 2000 pixels on the long side. If you don't know how to do that it is OK, send the full file size. You can send them to me via WeTransfer.com or directly through email. Either way use Loren@LorenPhotos.com
