As usual, my annual Vermont Winter Wonderland gets us started in January. That's always a great time shooting my favorite season of year in Vermont.

Since before Covid locked us down I've done an online Indoor workshop series each year so we can keep our skills sharp and learn new ones while staying warm. I haven't put the dates or topics together yet but it will be coming soon.

The next one is risky. I'm in fairly constant contact with my friends and guides in Cuba. It is pure hell there right now but we believe something has to change by the end of the year so a workshop there at the end of January would be great. I'm finalizing an extremely tentative schedule for around Jan. 31 - Feb. 6. It may end up being a last minute thing, we'll just have to wait and see. If you are interested, let me know, I'm not going to take any deposits until it is a sure thing.

Then in March it is back to Iceland for my 15th time. March is a great time of year to go, you can go in ice caves and the Northern Lights are still likely to appear plus the days are getting longer.

My Art of Seeing onlne series will start March 22. This isn't about camera settings, it is about how you look at the world. You'll have photographic challenges each session and we'll talk about the photos you make in the next session.

June 4-6 is the popular Vermont Night Skies workshop. Being out in the Vermont darkness and photographing the Milky Way is one of my favorite things.

France is up next and the gorgeous white horses in the South of France. This time I've added on the lavender fields of nearby Provence to make it and amazing visual feast. This will fill up fast.

I'm working on a special August trip, it is rather detailed and I don't know if I'll be able to pull it off, keep watching for that one.

And October is of course Vermont Fall Foliage. There is nothing more beautiful than Vermont's maple trees turning orange and red and I know many special locations.

I hope you can join me for one or more, I'm also planning some smaller things, details later.

Happy shooting!
