I am starting a new therapy group helping people do some inner work. You'll be working on your inner thoughts, emotion regulation, social skills, self-confidence, and self-worth. I believe a healthy marriage requires a healthy mind. This group is available to anybody who wants a healthy mind. You don't have to be married or in a relationship to join. You just need to be committed to attending weekly, doing the assignments and participating in the discussions.
