Subject: Are you being genuine with your spouse?

Hello Friend,

Too often it can seem easier to ignore our true feelings and act like nothing is wrong. As a child, I remember falling down while playing some sport, and being told: "shake it off". It seems that that is something we may still be doing as adults. Of course, this is not a good practice in any relationship. Especially in your marriage. You should create an environment where it is easy to discuss your feelings. Especially when you feel hurt. If you have not achieved that in your marriage, then there is a strong possibility that you are not a genuine partner.

Check out my newest blog post where I share three tests of 'genuine' in your marriage.

Sincerely,

~Joe
