Our tradition is our Year-End Review & New Year Intentions. (No, I didn't say "rear end," I said "YEAR end." Although if the "rear end" has gotten out of control, it will fit into the health category. LOL)

- If it feels exciting to review your year, it means you either had a good one or are glad it's OVER.
- If it feels icky to review, that means there are some things to address so next year can be great for you!
I've felt both ways before doing this exercise. One year, I boycotted my own tradition until 11:35 pm on New Year's Eve. Realizing I would be mad at myself if I didn't do it by midnight, I did it...
And you know what? I didn't die! LOL It wasn't as bad as I thought. It feels good to get it all out. And of course, this Positive Women Rock play sheet is super POSITIVE so you feel good when it's done! |
