What positive emotions do you want to feel today, Friend?

Weird question? :) I know, we usually don't hear that one, do we?

And yet, it's an excellent question to ask yourself every morning before you get out of bed!

Here's why...

Your emotions are your most powerful creative energy. Feeling positive = creating positive experiences. Feeling negative = creating illness, accidents, relationship issues, etc.

The BEST thing you can do for your life is feel positive emotions as much as humanly possible! 

Placing a specific order for the ones you want directs your subconscious mind to go find you people and situations that will inspire those emotions.

By focusing on the positive emotions you want first thing in the morning, your day is set up to move away from things that make you feel negative. 

AND even negative people and situations can be less of a downer because your subconscious mind is focused on finding snippets of those positive things that deliver the emotions you asked for. 

Friend, remember if you are watching, reading, listening to negative news, chaos, arguments, etc., you are setting yourself up to absorb negative energy because energy is contagious!

You've been happy and a negative or gloomy person comes in and soon your energy takes a dive, right?

And maybe you were feeling down and an upbeat person lifted your spirits just by showing up. 

So, here's how ya do it in the morning (and feel free to start immediately if it's not morning when you are reading this). 

"Today, I intend to feel _________, _________, and ________!"

Intending is WANTING plus EXPECTING, both of which are VITAL to get what you want in life.

Here are a sampling of positive emotions to choose from to get you started (you're welcome, LOL):

happy, grateful, joyful, loved, confident, exuberant (my personal fave), strong and healthy, stupendously intelligent, successful, etc.
