I've had some hard lessons learning who I was and who I want to become. I'm sure you've experienced the same.

People tend to either seek out how to be healthier, happier and more fulfilled or numb themselves out so they won't notice they're miserable.

That numbing thing doesn't work out well. You may know someone who is in that mode right now. Maybe you've been there before with firsthand experience.

Since you are reading this now, I'm guessing you are excited to learn to be healthier, happier and more fulfilled. 😊

Remember that you have CHOICE in your life.

There's no need to play the hand you were dealt when you can ask for more cards. 🤗

They may be exactly what you needed to complete your life's dream! Or to get you further on a path you've chosen for yourself.

We can't be upset or bummed about not getting things we want if we've never asked.

Who Do You Ask?

You can ask people, the Universe, God, Spirit, whoever you want... just ask!

You are too important to simply get by on second-rate gas. You deserve the rocket fuel that comes with making choices and asking for what you want.

If the answer is Yes, great! If the answer is No, ask again or ask someone else.

And be willing to honor and respect people asking for positive things they want when they've done their due diligence like you have! You might be the one to say Yes to them! How good does that feel?!
