I had been holding that inside me (hello, subconscious mind) for 33 YEARS. 😯

The hurt, the isolation, the "what did I do wrong?", the feeling of not being good enough, not fitting in, having someone mean talk behind my back and take my friends with her... 😢

Later, as adults, I heard a terrible thing had happened in her family and my first thought was how mean she was to me and other girls in school rather than compassion. 🤭

Compassion was my second feeling and thought.

That was so unlike me and I felt terrible AGAIN when it came to her.

WoW, did it ever feel good to finally understand that situation that happened so long ago!!!
