I thought of you immediately when I saw this short video (less than 6 minutes) in a 2-day training with one of my coaches (every great coach has a great coach 😉) today!

Matthew McConaughey (First time I spelled his name right without looking! 😄) expresses some Positive Women Rock principles in this powerful video.

Note: In the beginning, Matthew says some things like "life isn't fair" and that "life is hard" BUT if you've done energy work with me know we can turn those around quickly so keep that in mind as you watch.
