| Real life example #1: Last Friday, a client dealing with someone who refused to help her with an urgent issue shifted her energy. On Tuesday, that very same person voluntarily and enthusiastically stepped up to help!
My client hadn't talked to him or emailed him. She simply shifted her energy as I walked her through powerful customized guided visualizations just 4 days before!
She is a U.S. Army Master Sergeant who came to me three weeks ago with PTSD and THREE traumatic brain injuries.

| Real life example #2: On Monday I got a well-deserved cold. Well-deserved because the emotional cause of a cold is "too much going on and mental confusion." Yep, that's where I was.
Tuesday morning, I rolled out of bed and crawled to the bathroom for cold meds because I couldn't breathe. By Tuesday night I'd cleared the mental confusion and went to sleep, without a cold or cold meds.
