Hi Friend,

I used to bend and flow to fit in... and still never did.


This story is to remind you how pre-approved you are and how doing YOUR thing is the BEST thing.


I called a male friend a couple days ago to get his insight on an experience I was uncertain about.


He cleared things up for me and I was completely shocked by what he shared about how so many people live their lives these days.


In response to my shock, he said I'm living in a bubble... and that I'm "missing out" on how other people live.


Also that I'm missing out on getting to know many people by being, as he put it, "closed off".


My response, "You call it closed off, which is fine. I call it very protective of my time, energy, health and happiness."


I created my bubble from decades of learning who I am, what I want, how to get it and what keeps me safe, strong, healthy and happy (and fortunately, get to help other women do it for themselves MUCH faster than I did).


Here's what I know to be true...


I'm happier and healthier than about 98.7% of people I know. And MUCH more so than those living the way my friend shared with me.


Why?


Because I've filled my life with what I want and who and what I love.


Toxic people and situations are outside my bubble.


Neither are acceptable so when they appear, I manage each with pre-determined boundaries that keep me safe mentally, emotionally and physically.


If I want to bend and adjust myself I can.


If the toxic person wants to, they have that option.


If we just aren't on the same page at this point in our lives, that's okay too.


We take a break or end the connection. Lots more connections to be made. 😉


As far as missing out on a lot of people, well, if they are MY people I can't miss out.


Because of the way energy and the universe work, there isn't anyone or anything I am supposed to experience that won't come into my life to make that happen.


That means it's impossible to "miss out" on anything that is meant for me.


It's also impossible for YOU to miss out on anything that's meant for YOU, Friend.


You are pre-approved to determine what's right for you and stay away from the rest.


And because you and I aren't running the universe (darn it 😁), things we are supposed to learn from will still be dropped in our laps.


No missing out allowed!


Set and enforce those boundaries. Determine who you're with and what you're doing when you feel your best and put those people and things in your bubble.


What would it feel like to wake up each morning knowing what is for you will find you and what isn't will pass on by?


Doesn't that feel like a breath of fresh air? It can take a huge load off your shoulders (and mind) if you let it! 😉


You can create your health and happiness bubble with boundaries and pre-determined words and actions for when people cross them - which they will.


It takes time and attention to what you want and the right way to get it.


And that "right" way may have you releasing junk in your heart and mind that was never yours to begin with. And some that is or was yours. (Releasing with you is my specialty.)


Doing this clears out 90+% of negative emotions that have snowballed in your subconscious mind and come crashing down on you at a moment's notice with no way to stop it!


Imagine feeling a tiny fraction of the negative emotion you currently feel when something upsetting happens.


A fresh start with a clear head and an open heart, Friend. That's what you deserve (regardless of your past).


You may also choose to experience everything as it comes without judgment about if it's for you or not.


Just keep in mind, your subconscious mind goes to find more of whatever you're thinking about, feeling about, doing and focused on and brings it to you.


What ARE you focused on?


Create your bubble of health and happiness. I will bring my bubble over and we can bubble together for coffee or something. LOL
