I'm sharing a simple, yet powerful tip for stress reduction since this time of year can feel like you're being ganged up on even if you enjoy the festivities.

Although causes of stress differ (most common in the U.S. is work-related), this ONE tip helps until you can find a more permanent solution.

Here's the deal...

Both halves of your brain need to work together to be effective and feeling stressed or overwhelmed simply means one of your halves took a nap. (Did you get that visual? LOL)

What to do? Take A Break!

Your brain-halves come together, have a party, and you feel better quickly.

A 5 minute break every 30 minutes can be quite magical for your health!

MAKE the time. Set a timer (Google, "Tomato Timer")

This is your LIFE. You have to take care of yourself.

Have you noticed when you keep plugging along without a break you either feel worse? Or you get everything done but are too sick or exhausted to enjoy yourself afterward?
