Ahh!!! Turn on your images, you're missing everything!
Hi Friend,
I hear it a lot. I've been there too. We struggle with the discrepancy between someone's words and actions.

It has us guessing their love, motives, honesty and authenticity. And then we feel guilt for doubting them.

And sneaking up behind us is that sinking feeling we've been here before... made this same mistake one, two or three times ...and gotten hurt by trusting when we knew something wasn't right.

What do we do when we're torn between wanting to believe someone we care about and fearing another painful emotional injury that chips away at our confidence and creates self-doubt?

Turn on your images, you're missing something I made for you!
When you see someone speaking in one way and acting in another, they are temporarily out of alignment. They are confused and struggling outwardly or silently.

There is a time to offer help but I want you to protect your confidence so that helping doesn't drag you down. And offering doesn't mean persisting when no progress is being made.

So, pay attention to how you're feeling. Step aside if necessary and love them from a distance. Keep in mind, their journey isn't about you, it's about them.

However, there is always a lesson for both people in every experience. Invest your curiosity not in why they do what they do but what you can learn to improve your future.

Listen to your intuition. Feel it. Hear it. However you experience that knowing in your heart - pay attention to it. That's your inner guidance, your spiritual connection. And it always leads you in the right direction.
You ROCK!
Kelly
