Every year I turn down invitations to New Year's celebrations and stay home by myself ...intentionally.
It keeps me ending one year strong and starting a new one excited.
It's "my thing."
On New Year's Day, I usually walk along the boardwalk by myself ...on purpose.
Me-Time is extremely important to me and to my clients and I love ending my year and starting my new year with it.
My other New Year tradition is... hey, you can do it WITH me...

- If it feels exciting to review your year, it means you either had a good one or are glad it's OVER.

I've felt both ways before doing this exercise. One year, I boycotted my own tradition until 11:35 pm on New Year's Eve. Realizing I would be mad at myself if I didn't do it by midnight, I did it...
And you know what? I didn't die! LOL It wasn't as bad as I thought. It feels good to get it all out. And of course, this Positive Women Rock play sheet is super POSITIVE so you feel good when it's done!
