Ooh! Turn on your images! You're missing Everything.
Hi Friend,

Let's reduce some stress, shall we? (Plus, important P.S. at the bottom!)

Here are a couple strategies I use that work REALLY well for me and for my clients.

Strategy #1: Start your day over whenever you want

Whether you had a great day or one you'd like to forget, it's always a good time to start your day over. If only in your mind. :)

I started a day over at 6:45 p.m. last week because it wasn't going as I'd planned.

In the middle of a big deep breath, I decided it was morning, and got more done in a few hours than I had all day, ending the evening feeling accomplished and happy instead of frustrated and stressed.

Give yourself permission to start over. A fresh start is MUCH more empowering energy that forcing something that just isn't there.

Hey, turn on your images! You're missing a picture of my timer.
Strategy #2: Break Timer to stay healthy and energized

This is the free Pomodoro Timer I use every day. I work on something for 25 minutes then take a 5 minute break. Also, I set my intention for every cycle of 25-5-25-5-25-5-25-15. So in 100 minutes of work, I have something completed and feel energized.

How it reduces stress and increases productivity and confidence:
One half of your brain does most of the work whether it's your creative side or analytical side.

When you get burned out, those two halves need a break so they can get together and have a party in your head. (This is why when you get away from your work, you get new ideas!)

Without enough breaks (and brain parties in your head, LOL), you will be less and less productive and more and more stressed and disillusioned with life... and physically and emotionally and mentally unhealthy. Yuck.

The timer is a great partner to have during your day. I use it for everything outside of work too. In the morning, I set it and may eat breakfast and shower in the first 25 min.

Why it's FUN:
Playing a game like "Beat the Clock" with your timer is a lot more fun than dredging on and on throughout your day feel exhausted by the end.
You ROCK!
