Nature inspires me! It makes me think about the uncomprehendible miracles that go on in each creature, plant, tree, and everything else every moment of every day which in turn makes me wonder why I get all wound up about things that are not mine to control or fix.

.This is why I wanted to do this retreat in a beautiful setting, with a fireplace room and a 2nd-story patio that overlooks the grounds. If I am going to look at my innermost thoughts and face some hard truths, I would like it to be in the place I feel closest to God. (and it's only about 15 miles from Wausau, WI)

Here is where we will dive deep into how our human brains develop expectations (be they reasonable or not) and what happens to our brain chemistry, our bodies, and our spiritual well-being when they go unmet.

I am really excited to be there with so many amazing women that I hand picked because I wanted to spend this challenge with some of the most influential and important people in my life.
