This week presents the Transfiguration according to Luke. Luke's take on the event is slightly different from Mark or Matthew. Only in Luke does Jesus discuss his coming death and Resurrection with Moses and Elijah. For Luke, this conversation connects the Hebrew Scriptures with the "covenant in my blood."
