The United States marks each summer season with three
holidays: Memorial Day (in late May; beginning of
summer), Labor Day (early September; end of summer) and
the Fourth of July (height of summer). These holidays
are travel times. People go to visit family and friends,
see new sights or celebrate new events. Whenever we
travel, however, we should take the Good News with us,
for Christianity never takes a vacation.
