NEW! We've begun a YouTube channel with new content. Each Sunday, a three minute video will be posted with a short story, a verse from the Sunday's gospel as a moral, followed by a reflection question. This Sunday, we begin with "Stay Alert!" If you've enjoyed the stories from the Children's Readings in word-sunday.com, take a look at these videos.  And pass the link along to those who you evangelize in your life.

Don't forget to like and subscribe.

Luke presented an interesting view of the Good News. He honored the traditions found in Mark's gospel and the "Q" source.  But he also added his own spin.  His gospel was Spirit-directed and Spirit-driven.

In Luke 21, the evangelist presented his take on the "Little Apocalypse," prophecy of the end times.

In 1 Thessalonians 3:12-4:2, St. Paul encouraged the community to continue walking on the the Christian journey.
