A settlement of $6,750,000 was achieved for a pedestrian who sustained severe orthopedic injuries after being struck by an MTA bus. GLK Law secured a $4,000,000 settlement for a 20-year-old college student who tragically lost her arm in a catastrophic car accident. The case arose when the driver of the vehicle lost control, causing the car to strike a negligently installed guide rail on a New York State roadway. The guide rail, improperly installed at an angle, penetrated the passenger compartment, resulting in catastrophic injuries to the passenger.
