Meditation Mondays at the Park

Hi there. I’ve had a few new members join the list since my last announcement on this so I wanted to let them know and remind the rest of you that my husband, Brandon and I will be meditating at Island Lake Park every Monday night until September 21. We are going to meditate for a better world and it would be great if you joined us. We will arrive around 6 pm every Monday for the rest of this summer, rain or shine!

Just come in, sit down and meditate for about 15 minutes and help visualize a better world with us. Afterwards, we like to do a Q&A about the Great Awakening with those who like to stick around. Bring a blanket, cushion or a lawn chair 'cuz the grass is crabby! 😂 Stay as long as you like, leave when you want.

In order to stay compliant with current state ordinances, we will have to stay 6 feet apart from members not of our household, so be sure to follow that so we do not get any opposition from anyone. According to the ordinance, you do not need to wear a mask when outdoors and staying 6 feet apart - which is good because you need to breathe deeply to meditate!

We will be at the upper field right near the beach entrance located at 507 NW Island Lake Rd, Poulsbo, WA, it's just outside of Silverdale. See the green x in the image above to see where we will be sitting.

Starts around 6 pm. It's a pretty large field and is typically unoccupied. If for some reason, it is occupied, we will move to the larger field near the community room entrance.

Please feel free to invite anyone you feel would be a good match to our intentions. We look forward to seeing you there as we all work together to create a better world.

Hope to see you there!

From My Blog - THE ANXIETY FREQUENCY
We humans are far more telepathic than many would have us believe. We communicate way beyond our spoken words and written language. We communicate visually, physically, emotionally and psychically. Many of us feel an unspoken communication with our pets or plants and some even claim they can tap into the consciousness of inanimate objects...
