The Bushido™ Tanto
1075 High Carbon Steel — DIY Blade Kit

The Bushido™ High Carbon Tanto brings the spirit of precision and readiness to your workbench. This USA-made 1075 high carbon steel fixed blade blank is hollow-ground on both sides and delivered ready for your hand, your handle material, and your mark. The scaled-down tanto profile keeps things nimble without sacrificing the geometry that makes the tanto a trusted pattern the world over.

Three stainless steel through-holes make handle construction straightforward whether you prefer traditional pin construction, threaded fasteners, or your own custom approach. Stainless steel pinstock is included. The tang holes modify easily to accept larger pinstock as needed. This kit is available with handle scales or without handle scales. Clean lines, a practical build process, and USA craftsmanship — this is a knife that serves equally well as a personal EDC or a gift worth giving.

USA Carbon Steel Damascus — DIY Blade Kit

Same trusted Bushido™ pattern. Same USA-made, heat-treated quality. Now forged in 416-layer carbon steel damascus — folded five times from a complex multi-steel billet that produces a pattern no two blades will ever repeat exactly.

This hollow-ground fixed blade blank is scaled-down for carry comfort, with the same three stainless steel through-holes and included pinstock as the High Carbon version. The tang holes accept larger pinstock or threaded fasteners with minimal modification. This kit is available with handle scales or without handle scales. The Bushido Damascus is equally at home in a weekend build session as it is as the centerpiece of a custom presentation piece. Visit our drills and taps section for additional fastener options.
