Trophy day at is next meeting, . We'll be celebrating your child's achievements, and we hope that you are able to attend.
We are excited to have you attend your child’s ceremony for Chess Club. On arrival, please park in a designated parking space on or around campus making sure you are not in a fire or tow zone. Do not park in cul-de-sacs at the front of the school. There is ample parking in the back of the school. Enter at the front of the school and Ms. Cynthia will be there to sign you in and give you a nametag. Bring ID. After signing in and getting your nametag, you will then will be directed by Ms. Cynthia with My After School Program to the location of your child’s ceremony. Please be sure to only visit the area where your child’s performance is located for the safety of all students in aftercare and extracurriculars. At the end of the ceremony, please exit the school through the same doors where you entered.
