Attention kids and ghouls! A ghostly good time awaits at the annual Kid Chess Spooktacular. This year, we have three days of costumes, candy, & blacklight tournaments. On Saturday, October 24th, we will host a tournament at the American Legion Post 29 in Marietta with Bughouse in the morning and Regular Chess in the afternoon. Then on Halloween weekend, we will have two days of tournaments at Chess Zone: a Bughouse tournament on Saturday the 31st and a Regular Chess Tournament on Sunday the 1st. All chess players with a plus score go home with a trophy, and all others will leave with a medal! So leave room on the mantel for some shiny new hardware to show off your child's hard work! Space is limited, so secure your spot today before it sells out! Entry Fee is $35 per tournament Costumes Encouraged (no masks or weapons) |
