Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Springdale Park! We are excited about seeing all our chess students Tuesday, September 15th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Springdale Park Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Tuesday, starting September 15th, and ending December 8th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:15pm - 3:30pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:40pm - 4:40pm

Club does not meet
10/13, 11/3, & 11/24

Pick up location

Dismissal will be at the gym. Parents will need to come retrieve them and sign them out with IDs.

*Before the first meeting of club, Parents must change their student’s end-of-school-day dismissal procedure for the semester by email to both the classroom teacher and Ms. Taylor.

**Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
