Dear Kid Chess Parents,


Welcome to the Kid Chess club at East Side! We are excited about seeing all our chess students on Thursday, September 17th.
 
This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

East Side Chess Club


Days & dates
Club meets on Thursday, starting September 17th, and ending December 10th, with Trophy Day.


Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30pm to 3:30pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:45pm to 4:45pm

Club location
Classrooms 101 & 104

Club does not meet
9/24, 10/15, 11/12, 11/19, & 11/26



Pick up location

Dismissal will be at the front of the school in the carpool lanes. Please use your Brown cardstock paper which will be provided at carpool on the first day of club.

* On Days when the chess club meets, please go into ParentVue to update GoSafe with Club or ASP as needed to attend chess after school. Without updated dismissal, students will not be able to attend club.

** Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
