Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Eastvalley! We are excited about seeing all our chess students on Monday, August 24th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Eastvalley Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting August 24th, and ending December 7th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:20pm to 3:20pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:30pm to 4:30pm

Club location
Cafeteria

Club does not meet
9/7, 9/21, 10/12, & 11/23

Pick up location

Dismissal will be from the back of the building. Please park in the bus lanes and meet your child at the door closest to Holt Rd.

* On Days when the chess club meets, please update GoSafe with Club or ASP as needed to attend chess after school. Without updated dismissal, students will not be able to attend club.

** Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
