Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Brookwood! We are excited about seeing all our chess students Friday, August 28th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Brookwood Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Friday, starting August 28th, and ending December 11th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30pm - 3:30pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:35pm - 4:35pm

Club location
Multipurpose Room

Club does not meet
9/4, 10/2, 10/16, & 11/27

Pick up location

Dismissal will be at the cafeteria entrance. Parents must park their car and come to the 1st door before the main entrance area.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

**Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
