Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Addison! We are excited about seeing all our chess students on Wednesday, August 26th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Addison Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Wednesday, starting August 26th, and ending December 2nd, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30pm to 3:30pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:40pm to 4:40pm

Learning Commons

Club does not meet
9/23, 10/14, & 11/25

Pick up location

Dismissal will be in the carpool lanes in the front of the school.

* On Days when the chess club meets, please update GoSafe with Club or ASP as needed to attend chess after school. Without updated dismissal, students will not be able to attend club.

** Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
