Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Murdock! We are excited about seeing all our chess students August 25th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Murdock Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting August 25th, and ending November 17th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

• 2nd Hr - 3:35 pm - 4:35 pm
Club location
Media Center
Club does not meet
9/1, 9/22, and 10/13

Pick up location

Parents must park and walk to the ASP/Bus side entrance. Kid Chess dismisses out the Professional Learning Room door. The carpool is right outside ASP.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
