Dear Families,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Mountain View! We are excited about seeing all our chess students.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

THE KID CHESS APP

Included with your child's tuition, they can now enjoy FREE premium access to The Kid Chess App – a gateway to an engaging chess experience!

Specially designed for kids, this fun and educational app will assist our coaches in identifying your child's strengths, and pinpointing areas where they can achieve their greatest growth. Join us in unlocking their potential!

Stay Tuned: An email will be sent with instruction on how to get premium access this semester for the App. Now available for download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Mountain View Chess Club

Days & Dates
Club meets on Wednesdays, starting January 21st, and ending April 22nd, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st hr: 2:20PM - 3:20PM

• 2nd hr: 3:30PM - 4:30PM

Club does not meet
2/18 & 4/8

Pick up location

Carpool is at the cafeteria doors on the right-hand side of the school

* To ensure your child is sent to chess club, submit a change in GoSafe.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
