Subject: Brookwood Construction Preparation

Dear Parents,
We want to keep you informed about upcoming HVAC construction at Brookwood, and assure you that your student's safety and well-being are, as always, our top priority.


Though most of the work will be happening over Spring Break, there are plans for construction materials and heavy machinery to be delivered this Friday, April 3. The Kid Chess club will take place on our normal schedule, but the building will be without air conditioning and running water starting at 3:00 pm.

Fortunately, the forecast for Friday predicts a high temperature in the 70s. We will have drinking water and hand sanitizer available, and our wonderful custodians have made provisions for the bathroom plumbing.
